Informed Parents- Successful Children's (IPSC), funded by the Maryland State Department of Education, informs parents about child development issues and how to find and select quality childcare providers. IPSC provides information and training to parents and caregivers about quality childcare, health, safety and Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). IPSC's mission is to build the capacity of education and community-based organizations to support low-income, culturally diverse families of young children.
